Chemin du Cimetière de Barcarin, 13129, Arles
Been here?
A spacious, flat cemetery car park with water and views of Camargue horses. The height barrier has been reinstalled, with a maximum height of 1.90 m. The area is peaceful but not silent, as constant industrial background noise begins around 6:30. Use of the cemetery water has caused complaints, so it should be approached cautiously.

Because of the height restriction, continue along the road to the Rhône, where we spent the night alone beside the abandoned church in complete peace.Translating
Peaceful place with a view of Camargue horses, but with constant background noise starting at 6:30 a.m. It is bearable but not silent. The Imerys factory is across the road as the crow flies. I think we can hear the belts that transport and bag the precipitated calcium carbonate. That is what I found online.Translating

One of the two height-limiting barriers at the entrance has been removed. Local residents have complained about people taking water from the cemetery, so please be discreet so that this tolerance continues! Otherwise peaceful, except when the bird scarers do not explode all night. Flat, spacious ground for maneuvering. Also see the spot at the end of the road beside the old church, near the Rhône.Translating
Quiet. It is possible with a pop-top roof without any problem. Convenient when looking for a wall to protect yourself from the mistral!Translating

Convenient and shaded. The cemetery was open at night, and we were able to take on water.Translating
