This is a very panoramic parking lot in a central location, but it is along a road so parking spaces are short and not very suitable for long vehicles, it is neither very quiet until late but it is close to the city center.

We parked our van here for 3 hours for just under €7.50. Payment by card and phone is possible at the machine; receipt by email or QR code. It feels safe. Right by the river. 20 minutes to the central market, 10 minutes to the city.✦Translating

We were there on a Sunday, so we parked for free. Several rows of parking spaces are distributed along the road. There was a lot of traffic here in the afternoon and evening. It is very close to Riga's old town, with the castle just behind, a 5-minute walk away. We did not spend the night. Recommended for visiting the city.✦Translating

Very well placed parking spot. You can easily park a camper/motorhome even over 7m long. it's a paid parking lot, so be prepared to download a local parking app, the price is decent, however. Very close to a river and a city center. Would not recommend staying overnight as it's located close to one of the busiest streets in Riga. It is free 8pm-8am, more or less.
