Shaded forest area, late motorway noise

We liked the place very much, beautifully situated under trees. The adjacent lake is wonderful and really huge. There are many cycling routes from here. Hikers will also find plenty to enjoy. There is lots to see around the lake and many activities are offered. We stayed here with two dogs; it is very dog-friendly. We will definitely return.✦Translating

Beautiful shaded spot, ideal for the current hot days, especially with a dog. You are right by the lake and have shaded hiking trails in the adjacent forest. Modern, clean sanitary facilities, snack and drink vending machine, Wi-Fi, and peace and quiet—what more could you want? One star deducted for the price. €24 per day for two people is quite expensive for a motorhome pitch.✦Translating

Only two showers and two toilets are open; the others are closed, so you have to queue. They are in prefabricated units that smell musty. The shower is paid, using a system that automatically charges money to provide a trickle of water—and sometimes nothing. You cannot adjust the temperature, and it lasts only a few seconds. Beautiful, quiet, clean place in the forest. Spacious pitches for campers, a large swimming pond where the kids can swim and play, walking opportunities, and a beach bar where you can have a drink and enjoy the sunset. If you have children, this adds to the price: two adults and two children, including tourist tax, cost €34 per night. Showers also cost extra.✦Translating

Perfect campsite, nice, quiet and high standard. Warden and owner are fantastic, everything is signposted in German, Dutch and English. Laundry facilities on site. Free toilet waste disposal, grey water disposal and considerably good WiFi. Lots of other paid facilities, right next to the lake. Drinking water is super cheap, everything works off a card you add credits to. Would highly recommend!

Very nice place with good infrastructure. The surrounding area offers great opportunities for active recreation on land and on or in the water. Unfortunately, the motorway is clearly audible until late at night, which prevents us from returning.✦Translating

Far too expensive motorhome site. We paid €25 for one night for two people. Drinking water, electricity, and shower are not included. The location in a nature reserve is beautiful, though, especially if you like forests.✦Translating

Beautiful motorhome site in a green setting with spacious pitches and neat sanitary facilities. Cycle paths, a walking trail, and an MTB route are directly beside the site. For €23 per night, the shower and electricity should really be included, because around €2 for a shower is expensive.✦Translating

The site is super pleasant. Good facilities. On arrival, you must check in at the machine. They charge a €5 deposit for the card, plus whatever you load for showers, washing machine, etc. The deposit and any remaining balance are refunded at checkout.✦Translating

Beautiful place in the forest near the lake. Good for cycling, SUP, and swimming. Mostly shaded, but therefore satellite reception is unavailable on most pitches. Wi-Fi is available, although we often had connection drops and the internet was rather slow. LTE internet was significantly faster. A very beautiful place. The site is behind the lake and offers stand-up paddleboards for two hours at €17.50. Electricity, water, and showers are charged separately. Open 24/7; everything can be handled at the machine, which is very easy to use. The site manager is extremely nice and helpful! This was our third visit.✦Translating
