Ocean parking, peaceful overnight stays

unfortunately, we were dismayed to see another campervan abusing this parking.... tables and chairs and awning set up, pissing in the bushes, throwing out grey water. We see this disrespect of the environment more and more. Do people not realise that this sort of behaviour results in the local mayor banning campervans??
