Riverside daytime stop, no overnights

Nice spot to take a break or have breakfast. Since overnight stays are now prohibited, we had the place to ourselves for breakfast. The grass is very overgrown, however, and the bench by the river is currently unusable because of too many insects. There is another bench with a table farther from the river.✦Translating

It WAS a lovely place to stay overnight, but from noon today it is only permitted for daytime parking. Very quiet, but little privacy because of the birdwatchers mentioned earlier. Unfortunately, the river is not suitable for swimming.✦Translating

Really lovely location! We were here in mid-January, and the water was very high with ice covering much of the site, but that is nature’s way. Very rich birdlife!✦Translating

Beautiful spot! Directly by the water, in a very beautiful and quiet area. Occasionally some birdwatchers and anglers come by. According to them, this is one of the most bird-rich areas in Sweden. We have been here several times and can absolutely recommend it.✦Translating

Super beautiful parking area. Quiet and a little away from the road. You can stand in the middle of nature and observe various animals. No services. Please stay only in the designated area; it is a nature reserve.✦Translating

Very beautiful place surrounded by nature. The access road is gravel; our 7-meter-long camper reached the parking area easily. If you park neatly and efficiently, not across or lengthwise, there is easily room for four or more vehicles. There are two spacious seating areas, but no rubbish bin. Please take your rubbish with you so this place remains available to campers.✦Translating

Nice spot on a river with a picnic bench. The parking spaces have a view of the meadows. The parking spaces are used by bird watchers. So please be peaceful of these locals and just drive on if you own a large campervan. There is hardly room for that!! Otherwise, this place will soon be closed as well.
