Picnic area and hiking trailhead with working toilets, picnic tables, and flat terrain near a rural bridge. Water is available at the toilet block. A semi-permanent food truck now controls some amenities. The site offers quiet overnight stops with some daytime foot traffic. Road noise is noticeable. Games and walking paths are available.

now that there is a semi permanent "food truck" you can no longer use the bins as the proprietor state that they are fit the "cafes use only". it looks like you cannot get any water from the basin in the toilets as the food trick has commandeered the water supply. you can no longer use the grass "aire" as the food truck has cordoned off the area. such a shame, it was a lovely place to stop
Quiet place beside a road. Nothing extraordinary. The bridge is pretty. We had a picnic there and it was very nice. Little shade.Translating
