Beach parking, height restriction

They have put up a blue-zone sign shortly before the height-restriction barrier. The blue zone applies from July 1 to August 30. There is no machine yet, so we’ll have to see when they install one.✦Translating

Full of wet wipes and containers scattered on the ground, even though there are two rubbish bins next to it. A very beautiful spot next to the beach. Showers and a bar. Good service and tasty food. Certain families don’t know how to live alongside others. A warning would not go amiss. A few people are ruining it for the rest of us.✦Translating

What a day! The police came and fined several people for having their chairs outside. To top it all off, someone smashed our window and stole our phones and wallet. We were told there have been many thefts in the area.✦Translating

Theft in the area. Someone smashed our window and robbed us, as well as two other vans. This happened in broad daylight while we had left the van and were bathing on the beach less than 100 meters away.✦Translating

We couldn’t stay overnight here because of the height limit, but there was rubbish everywhere and a lot of people coming and going. It’s a shame to spoil such a place.✦Translating

I do not recommend this place at all. There is rubbish everywhere, and on weekends there is a lot of music from the beach bar.✦Translating

Past the bridge, ideal for vans up to 2 meters high. This area seemed reasonably clean, and all the vans around us behaved well, although two were parked side by side. Very quiet, with only the sound of the sea.✦Translating

Although this is an incredible place to spend the night, we have turned it into a real dump. It is full of paper and human waste. No wonder they allow overnight stays in fewer and fewer places every day.✦Translating

We tried to stay overnight in the area by the wall on the other side of the beach, but this area seemed safer. Since we couldn’t access the height-restricted area, we stayed before the bridge (photo 5), although I think it is difficult to park there if the restaurant is open. Very quiet, with no noise. No facilities and only a few spaces, but the place is worth it.✦Translating

Converted car. The site is outstanding, but limited to vehicles under 2 meters high. I think this is one of the best places we have stayed overnight. It has a shower and a foot-washing tap. More vehicles arrive during high season (July).✦Translating

Great spot, with a shower and water on the beach, really perfect. The Guardia Civil comes by for a quick patrol every day. The town is 30 minutes away on foot.✦Translating
