For a free place, there is nothing to complain about. Thank you very much, San Marino! About 30 minutes on foot to the old town. Shady pitches. Sanitary facilities somewhat old but fairly clean. No electricity connection and no waste disposal possible. Noise from the nearby road, but fairly quiet at night.✦Translating

I would have liked to stay longer than one night, but I had to move on. I felt very safe here, used the sanitary facilities (located at the very top of the large building), and visited the town from here (not suitable for bicycles). Many thanks to the municipality for this great opportunity! I give it five stars and would come back.✦Translating

Considering that we were allowed to stay for free, the place is litter-free, and it is an excellent starting point for visiting San Marino and its three towers, it gets five stars! Sanitary facilities open 24 hours! Old but with hot water and relatively clean! Thank you, San Marino!✦Translating

Echoing previous reviewers comments, thank you San Marino. You're a super star. This is an incredible park up with free facilities. You might want to go past the entrance and back down to enter as it's a rather tight turn as you arrive going up hill. The clean and functioning facilities are lit and open all night. Some traffic noise throughout the night. It's close to the road but fenced off.

Wonderful for one night, directly below the old town. Completely shaded. Since we only need a pitch, I cannot say anything about the other services. It also seemed like a safe area. No problem with a 7.5 m camper van. Wider and longer could be tight.✦Translating

Great free parking day and night, hot shower, toilet, and free water. You can walk to the Three Towers, or take a bus. Several hikes start here; it is uphill. It is an old, abandoned but clean campsite. Cheap fuel and a large supermarket for shopping just before returning to the campsite. Parking spaces in town are paid and scarce. A lovely little town to visit.✦Translating

We stopped for two nights. There are many pitches, almost all under the trees, and water points. The service station for emptying tanks and other services is less than 500 meters away; to access it, go down toward the roundabout, turn right, and it will be 400 meters ahead on the left.✦Translating

Central, free, and even toilets and showers still open—although without light and with cold water. But still, thumbs up that it is allowed to be used at all. Old town with fantastic views!✦Translating

We stayed one night, very quite. The toilets are clean and tidy, there is a shower that seems to work and liquid soap at the basin. The locals are friendly. Rubbish bins are about 50 metres walk from us. We would stay here again.

Very beautiful place. Bathrooms, showers, and sinks are dilapidated and unusable. But an excellent place to spend the night or simply go for a run in the woods. The nearby road is a little noisy, but at night it is not too intrusive.✦Translating

Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower, but everything else was great. The noisy street was not particularly disturbing either. Overall, a great place.✦Translating

Excellent site, very well located—you can reach San Marino's historic center within 30 minutes. There is water on site, and the shower and bathroom are perfectly good. There is a lot of activity, walkers, and a family center next door, yet it still feels peaceful. We will return!✦Translating

Great free stopover site. Not for larger Moho's, over 7m might struggle to get through the trees that have been unattended since the camp site closed. We managed to get our 6.8m up to one of the upper levels with a little struggle up the steep slopes but it was worth it....no noise. Clean toilets, with paper and soap. Showers only cold. Definite must for stays in San Marino.

Excellent place to spend the night without mosquitoes, a former abandoned campsite. Toilets, showers with hot water, and sinks are accessible day and night in the main building of the former paragliding clubhouse. We will definitely return. The toilets and showers on site are basic but clean. There was enough space for campers on the various terraces. One star deducted for the traffic noise from the adjoining road. Overall, a great place to visit San Marino for one or two days. Tip for athletes: A hiking trail leads from the edge of the uppermost terrace, past the spa house, to the three towers; it is steep, so good footwear is required.

Be careful if you have a large motorhome: low branches and narrow passages. I arrived at night and found the place half empty, so with some difficulty I managed to find a spot. But if it looks crowded, avoid it.
