This is a free, secluded stopover on a dead-end industrial road, with very little traffic and no size or height restrictions. The ground is notably sloped, although some flatter spaces are available, and there are no amenities or views. A nearby footpath provides dog walking, and 4g phone signal is passable. The latest information suggests it is mainly suitable at weekends.

We did not stay. It probably serves as a stopgap, but only on weekends. Very steep.Translating
Extremely quiet spot, sheltered from the wind. Nice grassed area for dog walking. Fairly clean, let's keep up the litter picking! Sloped but you can be creative.
The perfect spot to hide from 30mph wind during Storm Claudia. Hardly anyone comes to this spot so it's very quiet. The parking spot is fairly sloped even with a leveling ramp.
Upon arrival there were 2 other vans already parked up. There are a few quiet spots on this industrial estate. No facilities and no views but ideal if you need a free and quiet stop. Good phone signal with 3 and o2
Great secluded park up, very close to Portmeiron village. Sloping, so need ramps. Good 4g. No views, but quiet and free
