An orchard pitch on a farm offers an idyllic setting and open views across the surrounding land. A one-night stay costs 25€, with modern sanitary facilities, water and waste disposal, and electricity available for an extra coin charge. Bread delivery, several-hours-a-day reception and possible train-station transfers are offered. The pitch lies directly on the Werra-Suhltal cycle path, with access to the Werratal cycle path, and dogs are welcome.

A wonderful place to relax. The hosts are very nice and warm-hearted. We felt very comfortable and would love to return soon.
Very pleasant welcome. Everything as it should be. No one can do anything about the weather. We would be happy to return.
The site is idyllically situated. €25 for one night with shower and toilet. Dogs welcome! Dog-waste-bag dispenser on the property! Free-roaming, adorable cat. Electricity costs extra using coins. The sanitary area is modern but could be cleaner. Water filling and disposal available; chemical toilets can also be emptied. The fresh water smelled strongly of chlorine. Otherwise, lots of attention to detail!
Great quiet, clean site with all the amenities of a campsite; there is even a washing machine. Nice operator who cares about guests’ wellbeing. An excellent base for activities in the surrounding area. Only four stars because it is a little expensive for my basic needs.
Beautiful parking spot with few neighbours and excellent facilities!
