Residential parking, non-car vehicles prohibited

Parking has the advantage of being free, close to the city center and the train station. Very quiet at night, with bins nearby and a place to let your dog run right next door. We left our van here for two days and two nights with our electric bikes without any problems. Residential area. A good compromise for visiting Barcelona.

The street has little traffic and is quiet. There are rubbish containers, a supermarket fairly close by, and a fountain nearby for filling water containers. However, for several months the town hall has put up signs prohibiting vehicles other than cars from parking.

It is a 10–15 minute walk to the old town. We did not stay overnight.

Once again, we spent two nights along this pavement in front of the children’s playground without any problems. It is 20 minutes from the beach, but very convenient when the campsites are full.

It was a good spot, but for a few weeks now it has no longer been allowed.

Large parking area, city center 10–15 minutes on foot. In our case, our magnetic reversing camera was stolen during a two-hour stop.

Good for a break and visiting the city, but we would not spend the night there. About ten minutes from the beginning of the historic and shopping center.

A busy place. We stayed there and the police came and said that the residents do not want motorhomes there. Apparently there have been many problems with people spending the night, thinking they can turn it into a campsite or camp there. It is a shame that everyone has to pay for the disrespectful few, so the police patrol the area to prevent parking.

The parking area is still available, but probably not for long if people dump their waste water onto the grass of the vacant lot next to it. For grey and black water, there is a free service area in Villafranca. Just so you know. Enjoy your visit to Silges.
